Our best price guarantee ensures you secure the lowest fares for your flights, offering peace of mind and unbeatable value. If our customers discover a lower-priced flight for the same date, time, and itinerary, we pledge to compensate the price difference.

To claim a refund under our Best Price Guarantee Policy, customers must find a lower-priced flight on another booking portal within 3 hours of booking with Gear My Trip, with an identical itinerary. However, please note that each customer is entitled to only one refund claim per itinerary.

To initiate the refund process, customers need to contact our customer service team at any time of the day. When contacting us, customers must provide details of the lower-priced flight found on the other website, ensuring its validity. Upon successful verification, the price difference will be refunded promptly by Gear My Trip.

For us to process the refund request, customers must submit the necessary documentation via mail. This documentation should include the date and time of travel, destination, airline name, class of service, fare, and any other relevant details about the lower-priced flight found.
